Land Digitalis a digital agency, that organised a graphic design work experience programme. This centred around creating a business, developing, and marketing its brand, and designing an app.
As part of the programme, we created briefs and planned all the branding essentials, including print artwork, marketing materials, and digital assets. Collaborating with others in teams, we generated ideas, shared feedback, and refined the business concept. Using tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator, we crafted professional and visually appealing branding.
Additionally, we used software like Umso and Klaviyo to manage social media and email marketing operations. A key highlight of the programme was learning to use Adalo, an app development platform. We presented our ideas, branding, and app to an audience, showcasing everything we had developed.
The outcome of this work experience was an introduction to the fast-paced and creative environment of a graphic design agency. It provided first-hand experience and the opportunity to gain experience new tools like Adalo, broadening our creative skillset. Overall, this workshop offered an understanding of what it takes to succeed as a graphic designer in an agency setting.
